We currently have 8 Wholesale locations and 3 luxury showrooms, which provides ample opportunity for our employees to transfer across departments and branches for a well-rounded career experience. There are a number of internal "success stories" all over the Company of employees who started out in an entry level position and have successfully worked their way into key positions such as Branch Supervisor. In-house, we offer a "Learning Library" for our employees encompassing industry training courses and a wide variety of other self-help materials. We have a tuition reimbursement policy, available for full time and part time employees for external training programs. These programs are attended outside of company time and will aid in your professional development.

Employee Assistance Program
This confidential service provides 24-hour access to professional counseling free of charge for any situation that may affect performance at work, family relations or personal well-being. We recognize that we all have times in life when we need a little extra support, and we encourage the use of this valuable program. This program is available to employees and their dependants.
Our employees receive a discount on our wide array of plumbing and heating products. Additionally we have partnered with other organizations to provide our employees with substantial savings on every day and big ticket items.
If you want guidance on what courses you should take to help you meet a personal or professional goal, just ask! Our management is pleased to support the efforts of our employees in setting and meeting goals. Our in-house training materials are available on a "loan" basis, and are taken on your own time, and at your own pace. We often invite vendors in to our facilities to do lunch-n-learn seminars. This is an excellent opportunity to pick up valuable information about new product lines! Also, Marks Supply will ask employees to attend off-site courses for specific skill development. These courses, and the time away from the office, are paid in full.
As a part-time employee, you are eligible for reimbursement of a portion of the cost of outside education at a University, College or technical institute for those employees who maintain a 20-hour work week, when such schedules are available. We will make every attempt to accommodate our employees’ wishes maintain their employment at Marks while attending school.

Currently we have over 30 various educational tools for our team members to access. Each of these earn an employee a CASH reward when they are completed. Yes, that's right, we PAY our employees for developing their knowledge, skills and habits.
Management Leadership Program
All Marks Supply managers and potential managers participate in an extensive leadership program customized to our Marks Supply culture. The program includes an in-depth look at ourselves, and helps in understanding our teammates throughout the organization. The program also includes 360 reviews of all managers by 12 respondents from different areas of the company. In the Manager as Coach part of the program, managers are trained to hone their coaching skills by being introduced to a number of tools to support their development and the development of their team-test.
